    The timeline varies depending on the complexity of your project and the season in which it begins. In general, plan for between 12 and 18 months from permit to key handover. We establish a detailed schedule during the planning phase.

    Yes. We regularly collaborate with architects, designers, and draftspeople. Our role is to bring their vision to life with precision while advising you on technical and budgetary aspects.

  • Do You Offer a Warranty?

    Yes. Your new construction is covered by the mandatory GCR warranty (Garantie de construction résidentielle). This warranty protects your investment for a period of up to 5 years after purchase.
